He listened and even invited further concerns and questions, which he clearly explained. He did not overwhelm me and has a fine sense of humor, so very helpful. He is meticulous and inspired me with total confidence and I am so pleased with his eyelid surgery and laser resurfacing-who says you can't turn back the clock?
